    1. Remedy tickets - Steve now has 41. High priority new one's first.  Then move to older high priority tickets.  Create site; and draft canned messages.
    2. Work on tasks from SmartSite Support Plan - see aboveCreate matrix site for enhancements/user requests; and draft canned messages to point users their request. Provide ticket number so they can track it.
