How to unlock an assessment?

  1. Graduate Studies
SAOs
  1. SAAs can unlock an assessment up until the end of the assessment year (September 30). The assessment must be in the Student Acknowledge, GS Received or Associate Dean step to be unlocked.
  2. Use the Search for
students
  1. student search box in the header to find the student.
  2. Click the drop down in the Action column for that student and select Unlock for Student & Mentors.

  2. This will undo the student acknowledgement, Graduate Advisor confirmation and major Professor confirmation and send an email to all three saying the assessment has been unlocked back to the Questionnaire:

  1. Major Professor step.

How to bypass student acknowledge?

  1. If the Student has NOT acknowledged the overall assessment, but you need to proceed with the assessment find that student in SPA
  2. Click the drop down in the Action column for that student and select Bypass Student Acknowledge.
