Chris noted that effort reports not currently accurate; tracking data for offering changes does not keep detail whether when instructors are added, edited, or deleted; need to know who is making the changes. Current stored procedure offers info that an edit took place, but not the details.

Tuesday - System security patches. About 12 hrs to process all machines including media, etc.
Media server CF status - must regress to previous Sun/Apache versions; requires rebuild of the box.
Issue w/with hard-coded links to libraries in Java 1.4; not easily hackable. Going to CF for authorization for access to media.
ROLES
Joining/unjoin. : Users handled through provider cannot unjoin. Maintain role needs to be set to ior. Need to confirm for next quarter provider run.
