During Moove-in you must verify their identity by asking for a photo id such as driver’s license or passport. This should match what’s under their StarRez information card. Security is especially important during moove-in week so remain diligent and contact your lead / supervisor if you have any doubts about the situation at hand. |

Troubleshooting Tips
Entry not found
Not able to find an in room (INRM) or reserved (RESV) booking in StarRez → validate their booking exists and the check-in date is for today
Kerberos not found
Likely but not always due to their computing accounts not being fully setup → ask resident to reset their kerberos password and make sure to check the propagate change to all systems box at https://computingaccounts.ucdavis.edu/
