If you are a manager requesting StarRez access on behalf of a new hire or other staff member, please provide the following in your helpdesk request:

  1. A copy of the FERPA certificate indicating the new hire or staff member has completed and passed the FERPA training. The FERPA certificate can be attached to the request or you can provide a link to certificate stored in Box or OneDrive.

  2. His or her Kerberos ID, full email address, and the correct spelling of his or her name.

  3. His or her position and a brief description of how they will use StarRez. This will determine the level of access in StarRez.

  4. His or her StarRez manager.

  5. Please copy Sarah E. Greenhalgh in the request.
