- for Fernando - working on clicker presentation for Friday, 2/25 10:15 so wants to change drop-in schedule on Friday. Fernando will email Kirk to change the drop-in hours 10:30-12:30. This gives Fernando enough time.
- Remedy or RSN Ticket Status
- Remedy tickets - Steve now has 41. High priority new one's first. Then move to older high priority tickets. Work on tasks from SmartSite Support Plan - Create matrix site for enhancements/user requests; and draft canned messages to point users their request. Provide ticket number so they can track it.
