During the 07-08 transition year, the SmartSite team needs a brochure to provide a first point of contact for new users and serve as quick reference for new and current site ownersusers.
This brochure will should provide the following information:
- Who is supporting/leading the SmartSite Project
- Where to get help/training.
- An overview of the concept behind SmartSite (possibly a graphic) emphasizing SmartSite as a platform/central place to gather resources and tools for solving specific teaching, work and communications tasks. "How do you use SmartSite?"
- A quick reference/outline displaying the tools transitioning from MyUCDavis to SmartSite, where to get help with migrating content, clarify any worries about data being lost.
Proposed Project Plan
