need to work on gradebook mapping for grade mode per class,.e.g. p/np
after Atlanta, review and plan code additions/enhancements for eval
enhancements/changes for other non-eval issues
planning session/whiteboard-brainstorm on needed changes for winter/spring
possibly deploy 2.4 in SSII - august
Phil
working on instructor view.
Ray needs to setup email to notify users about how to access their evals. URL path to email faculty? May not be available (not generated until faculty views?) - scott/phil will check to see if this info is available for Ray's email.
Ray needs to view response data
Phil needs specs for batch report for evals,course by course evaluations? Ray will go over this offline w/Phil
Thursday evening tech demo at Atlanta; will create poster
Ray - investigate during conference, eg Princeton's repositories, other users. Library integration.
Sakai oversite committee suggested integration presentation - pulling separate datasources on campus together
Ray - After qtr need to sit down w/Kirk & campus team re: crossover and faculty issues.
Servers
Keith - migrate CREST to media server
Ray wants to put cf apps here as well; will sit down w/Beau to plan out our best course of action
Rick - resources served up from media server; directory structure not permanent;
Ray - search repository impact? need to determine type. Need to review D-Space and other projects;
Training
Rick - contacting winter fcaulty course leaders for content migration of course content (from iWeb?)
Upcoming gradebook training sessions? Access for CERE training? Beau will synchronize w/production so Sakai end can be shown up to live submit. Can provide trainers w/screen shots
CREST
Ray - need to extend type of courses available in CREST; will have more info on parameters available next Friday; pending campus hire of student for course approval form data.
