Data Gap - CRON jobs
1. Link server allows SQL Server to talk to Oracle servers on campus. Allows live data updates instead of nightly CRON jobs. Conversion mostly done except for exception people, e.g., co-instructors not in local db, need to allow instructor of record (ior) to add co-instructors to AAUD.
If ior course is outside course, allow instructor to add scheduling data to CERE.

Technical task to add to Chris' Gaps list: Upgrade to latest MyFaces to fix scrolling problem
Documented Gaps list -
Preview Evaluation/Set order for evaluatees: Reordering question presentation by choice, not by question type; need to work out details of desired preview functionality; displaying final template
Category for charted questions: Need to identify overall questions, i.e., campus-level charted question; responses need to be pulled out for campus level instructor evaluation for charting over time. This is a key function of the Flex report; indicating chartable question type as an additional field in db
Ray - need to add functionality to roll-over template from previous term as easy as possible; Chris will define the workflow
Need to add Help text
Dave - add training for admins on eval system
Master system event calendar for when evals open and close - Erin and Jan will have override capabilities beyond these dates

Need to run a separate environment in June to update db and run update paths

Scheduling / Calendar
Add Intructor information to webservice: Filtering student groups assigned to user objects - extracted from events and shows those appropriate to the user; pulls object events from CERE on the fly based on user's role;
Pull non-SVM course schedules from Banner: pull data into CERE/CREST for instructor w/flag to indicate the schedule data is from Banner
Change end time...: extend to 7pm instead of 5pm
Sakai Portal
Add current term...: default for adding current term, ordering preferences; Ray need to make the current term courses predominant for students on their visible tabs; provide a tool to allow single-step button to move current courses to tabs
Import/Export
Gradebook Excel download: change from download to upload - upload current electronic scantron to GBPerson Issues
Mothra issues: i.e., former student, former employee, who now has a different role even though the user is not currently an employee; needs current role information/status
Populate Resources from Previous Course Offering: current Resource tool functions adequately, drop priority
Rollover locks...: via roles and permissions, change old courses to audit roll two weeks after end of semester;
Add TA/Student role: role conflicts where student is both a student and TA in a course, TA is receiving a grade in course - needs to exist in the gradebook. Currently, instructor has to change the TA's role at end of course to student in order to add the grade. Create role of Graded or Student TA.

CREST - Additional tasks
Fix for multi-term courses vs. deferred (difference is when crn is awarded); need to identify as in-progress;
Beau - Need to test Gradebook process before grades are due again.

Move CREST to copperhead server for new distauth
