Modified Scott modified eval to be single tool (instead of 2 tools.)
Eval Evaluation reports include student view and instructor view

Next The next deploy will collapse the tools specifically for the next term; current deploy doesnwon't support questions for template w/o without restructuring the tools.

New functions include evaluation creation process by term. Sychronizing with calendar is a web service and can be deployed separately from the upcoming code upgrade.

Programmers replicating Vet Med my db ddatabase data on local machines for development need to meet security standards sensitive user data on mobile machines. Need to apply Soundex algorithm to name and email since user identification fields on mobile machines must be scrambled (to be in compliance with state and UC restrictions on sensitive data.)
Hibernate mapping needs to be changed, once the prod systems production system checks are completed, per Ray.
