    2. for Fernando - working on clicker presentation for Friday, 2/25 10:15 so wants to change drop-in schedule on Friday.  Fernando will email Kirk to change the drop-in hours 10:30-12:30.  This gives Fernando enough time.

    1. Remedy tickets - Steve now has 41. High priority new one's first.  Then move to older high priority tickets.  Create site; and draft canned messages.
