Evaluation admin tool permissions: in regards to user access to the evaluation authoring environment. Access to capability to create templates and/or evaluations based on user and date information. Template access may be school-level or department-level. Permissions set limitations on template creation and editing based on date for the current stage in the evaluation process as specified by VetMed.
Student view for list of evals available Template initialization and evaluation creation are date-based, i.e., faculty can only access them during a specified date range. Templates and evaluation are not editable after release.
Views: The student view for the current list of evaluations available to the student is based on their classes. Phil is currently working out the final GUI changes for authoring .
