Issues w/with IET's possible solution of Kerberos implementation of false persons (for The Staff, etc.)

need to determine (note: critical patches must be ASAP)? Comparison drawn to MyUCD downtime where student quiz attempts fail - downtimes are not published to the general population. VM team needs to determine optimal day/time frame an notificationfor upgrades and provide notification for all users.

localization, help system file location or standalone movies
navigation flow can be difficult when scrolling involved

prefer the embedded help rather than outside location, even for new users, this is a local change - so must be redone when there are major help releases
