Support-Developer Communications

Objective

Improve communication between the developer group and ITX support.

Tasks

1. To put together a blog for the developers and the ITX staff to communicate daily/frequent updates
2. Investigate sakai foundation support lists
3. Work out some ideas about when it would be helpful to have the developers listening in on Support chat
